I had a lovely stay at this hotel, where the service was fantastic and the location was wonderfully quiet, despite being close to major attractions. The room was decent for London standards, featuring a nice terrace, but the absence of a clear view and the noise from the air duct were a bit off-putting. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at the St. James Hotel with its fantastic location and attentive concierge services. I was able to see and do so much in a short time thanks to the helpful staff. However, the high price didn't fully match my experience due to some room comfort issues and service hitches that I didn't expect from a hotel at this level.
