The hotel's location was acceptable. Very central to many attractions.
I was disappointed that the minibar replenishment was inconsistent! There was nobody at reception when I needed assistance. And no one answered the phone.

The hotel location was superb. i found it convenient, with easy access to many local sites. the bar had a nice vibe and offered a good selection of drinks. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
my sole concern was the slightly high price for a glass of wine. it was a minor issue, but worth mentioning.

the hotel features well-placed rooms on the first floor; they are soundproofed, well-maintained, and cozy. breakfast at the hotel was PERFECT!!! it offered a lot of choices and impeccable service by the very pleasant and attentive staff.

the hotel is centrally located, so getting around was very easy. the hotel sits on a quiet street. it is a short walk to the tube station. buckingham palace is also within walking distance.
